A sterling silver loving cup, maker's mark of The Gorham Mfg. Co., Providence RI, number 1917, with the maker's date symbol for 1924, vase form with two upswept handles, raised on a stepped circular foot, engraved "The Atlanta Journal Trophy / Best All Around Student / Tech High School / 1925 / Presented To / Robert M. Goldsmith";  height to the rim is 6", weight is 6.15 troy ounces.
