A George II sterling silver and wood fish slice, maker's mark of Edward Aldridge & John Stampe, London, circa 1754, of the form known as a "Whitebait" server, with triangular reticulated blade, engraved on the reverse with a crest, the handle with a wood terminal; length is 13 3/8 inches, gross weight is 6.75 troy ounces. Condition: Overall good condition, with one repair to the pierced work.
