An American coin silver mustard pot. Maker's mark of Shreve, Stanwood & Co., Boston, Massachusetts, circa 1860: Of oval urn-shaped form on a conforming plinth and four button feet, the handles formed as rams' heads, the upper rim applied with beading, one side engraved with a gothic monogram "MLD", the other side with "EPB"; length is 5 1/2 inches, weight is 6.25 troy ounces.
