"One thing is certain – the shop’s founder is like her own best merchandise: unique and malleable, an enduring symbol of both a forebear’s gift and a future bequest, its value and beauty only increasing with time."

-Krista Reese, Georgia Trend Magazine, interview with Beverly Bremer
About Our ShopSilver Shop
Silver Shop
Something For Everyone
Beverly Bremer Silver Shop has been in business in Atlanta, Georgia for over 30 years—we are a Buckhead landmark! Brides, husbands, mothers, and daughters alike frequent our shop looking for that perfect gift, pattern, or personal treat in sterling silver.

All of our pieces hail direct from manufacturers, other dealers, and individuals, and each piece is hand inspected before it is entered into our extensive inventory. If ever you receive a piece of sterling from us that is less than extraordinary, we guarantee a full refund or replacement.

The service at Beverly Bremer Silver Shop shines as brightly as the silver! Our tried and true sales staff has a combined 54 years served here in our nook on Peachtree Road. Each day we stand ready to answer your phone calls or greet you on your visit with insight into the traditions of silver, history of patterns and makers, or specific details of your desired piece.

Polishing, Repairs, and Monograms—Oh My!

We employ two professional in-house polishers who work on every piece before it leaves the store. Our estate pieces, once they leave their hands, often look more beautiful than the new! We will polish your own silver flatware, tea sets, bowls, tray—anything!—bring it by or call us for an estimate. Your silver can often be returned to you within the week.

Should your sterling silver tray have an unsightly dent or your teapot has a handle that needs tightening, we work with a professional silversmith to complete repairs on your items and on our own. Work is priced on a case by case basis and items needing repairs are best evaluated in person.

We also offer hand engraving on any of our items. Wedding invitations and birth announcements are often celebrated here with an engraved collectible. Our baby cups, youth sets, and feeding spoons often meet julep cups and wine coasters at our engraver's to be adorned with your preference of inscription or initials.

The "Collector's Corner"

Many long-time customers and first time visitors inquire: Who is Beverly Bremer? Is she a real person?

Yes, she is, and she is still working with this business today. A maverick in the secondhand silver business, Beverly began in 1975 with nothing more than her own two sets of sterling and a need for cash to support her three children. Instead of selling her pieces at the Lindbergh Flea Market in Atlanta as was her intention, she opened her own booth where she traded and bought more, naming her stand the “Collector's Corner”. In the early days, customer information and their patterns were kept on 3x5 index cards! When the price of silver soared later that decade, her Corner did as well—the rest is history!

Today our shop has moved out of the flea market, and off index cards, and onto the lively and noted Peachtree Road. Everyone knows the shop with the window of silver and every Atlanta bride knows where she must register! Floor to ceiling the hunter green walls are packed with frames, teasets, bowls, bon-bons, baby gifts, and trays, each with a story. The timeless elegance and old world sophistication sterling silver brings to the table and the home is evident in our store—We hope you will come by and see!
